Ingredients

Pancake Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1 cup water

 

Toppings:

  • 1/4 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1/4 cup local honey

Directions

  1. Stir Kodiak mix and water together until combined.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a heated and greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium-high heat or 375° F. until bubbles form on the top.
  3. Flip and continue to cook until golden.
  4. Top with bee pollen and honey.
